Sian Rogers Signs For Sheffield United

It is with great pleasure that we can announce goalkeeper Sian Rogers (26) has signed for Women's Championship side Sheffield United. With a host of clubs interested in Sian, it has been a busy summer finalising this move. FIFA licensed agent and PBS Football director Tom Peace was quoted:

"It's a great move for Sian both from a football and financial aspect. Sheffield United were keen on Sian coming in as number 1 and although she had offers from clubs in the WSL, Championship, Scotland and Europe, ultimately being a number 1 in the Championship was the best move for her career at this stage. There is the element of security financially with it being a 2 year agreement and with the women's market currently not in the best of shapes it must be said - this was a very good deal for her. I am happy to have overseen it and got it done for Sian."
